THE FOUNDER
Ekipa Lisa Rodger founded Walk the Moon and has worked 15+ years at the intersection of commercial performance, technology, and learning, across scale-ups like Otrium, Mollie, and Flow Traders, to corporates including ING, BCG, and Dell.
She led her first sales team at 20, coaching executives at from 28. Naturally operating with strong leadership, clear strategic focus and enhancing technology to scale. The ongoing mindset: build, renew, and never settle for less.
That combination of knowing how commercial organisations work, how technology accelerates them, and how to build the human capability that makes both stick. This is Walk the Moon.
