KPMG enables an in-house learning and development academy for its consultants and managers. Lepaya is supplying multiple learning programs regarding topics like leadership, business communication, problem-solving. Lepaya enquired me, *among my peer, to produce and execute the Commercial Sensitivity and New Business programs for the Advisory Academy and the Management Academy.
VIRTUAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT IN-HOUSE TRAINERS TEAM L'ORÉAL

Within their internal specialist-led product training department, trainers required coaching that would enable higher quality standards across the board. Understanding the new skills required for this transformation in order to enable high-quality interactive online sessions. After facilitating modules about ‘virtual presenting’ to several teams within the organisation, L’Oreal requested to develop a custom ‘Train the Trainer’ Virtual Impact program for L’Oréal’s in-house trainer organisation.

Stolt-Nielsen needed to quickly adapt to new pandemic-required remote ways of working, they engaged my partner Lepaya to assist with virtual leadership development. Under Lepaya’s wing, I was part of the selected facilitation team tasked with executing a far-reaching leadership development and change program spanning APAC, the EU, and North America.

SKILL DEVELOPMENT FOR ORGANISATIONAL GROWTH AMBITIONS
During an intensive 7-month partnership period, which started with the engagement of consulting followed by supporting the department with part-time interim sales management. First I was tasked with advising and optimising Sungevity’s sales processes and creating a more successful sales culture together. After, I also enabled on-the-job training and coaching of the sales team with the aim to develop their skills and implement new sales frameworks.

Their visual artists not only execute their creative projects but also lead the agency’s day-to-day customer management.
